The ESI Wellness Program will be a featured session at the 2015 Shingo Conference, focusing on putting the pieces together and positively effecting Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) such as increased productivity, reductions in transitional duty and lost time injury claims, reductions in musculoskeletal injuries, cooperative ergonomic improvements, increased communication and employee engagement.
