Whole Body Approach to Physical Therapy
At Quality Physical Therapy BioSynchronistics®, we take a comprehensive whole body approach. We look for the underlying causes of why you are having pain, contributing factors to why pain is present and where it might have originated from. We then draw upon the body’s inherent ability to balance itself according to principles of physics. It just needs to be pointed toward that balance.

“We originated the approach called BioSynchronistics® in which gentle hands-on pressure is applied knowledgeably in a scientifically coordinated way to bring your body into balance. Please think of our techniques as Physics for Health.
Your body’s healthy balance, in all directions, rests in your seat bones. After we discuss with you your physical condition and symptoms, we learn from you your lifestyle aims in the use of your body. Then we assess the nature and extent of your body’s mis-balance.
Applying physics principles and medical knowledge, we employ BioSynchronistics® techniques to achieve a solid, steady balance of your body-each part in relation to all of the other parts. Your condition determines whether our treatment begins with balancing your seat bones and pelvis.
Our techniques can serve, through occasional checkups comparable in purpose to the ones you may schedule with your dentist, to re-balance your body. Supplemented with a handful of simple stretches and exercises, the checkups can make a productive difference in your day-to-day way of life.”

Advice from Experts
Your body “remembers” everything significant that happens to it.
School yard falls, sports bang-ups, icy sidewalk upsets, hundreds of hours of cradling a phone hands free between your ear, jaw and shoulder, years of habitually hanging a heavy pocketbook from the same shoulder, constantly pointing your chin toward a computer screen, angling a hip time and again to hold a husky youngster-any and all of these bodily experiences harmfully add up.
Amazingly, your body accommodates both significant one-time insults and the accumulated lesser impacts of daily living. At a price. You may walk with a slight hitch. You may slouch in a chair to ease the tightness in a knee. You may have unhappily given up jogging. You may put up with headaches. Your get-up-and-go may seem like a thing of the past.
In these and many other commonplace inconveniences, or in more painful conditions, your body may be struggling in the grip of numerous forces working over time in interlocking layers and at cross-purposes. The beginnings of the condition may lie in a difficult breech birth for the mother, for the newborn (then or even years later), or both. You may suffer from a medical condition, perhaps one that has gone undiagnosed. Your condition may be inherited, congenital, acquired through a disease, resulting from habitual strain placed on your body, or from a major one-time event.
But given an opportunity, your body will draw upon its built-in capability to balance itself according to principles of physics. It just needs to be pointed toward that balance.
This process, which we call BioSynchronistics®, employs an approach in a therapeutic method in which gentle hands-on pressure is applied knowledgeably in a scientifically coordinated way to bring your body into balance.
