ChiKung means working with life energy to improve health and harmony within oneself and with the universe. You will learn to move with ease while you strengthen your body. Focusing on your breathing and increasing your awareness of your body, you will quiet your mind and feel more balanced.
This class, which is suitable for any age or fitness ability, requires no previous exposure or knowledge of ChiKung or Tai Chi.
Please check with your physician if you have any health concerns before you begin any physical activity. For this class, wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring water.
